New Private Home Unit Sales for February 2023
Property developers sold 470 units, including Executive Condominium (EC) units in Feb 2023. A majority of new sales were transacted in the CCR market at 47.2% despite a lack of new CCR launches. Luxury condominiums in the CCR market remains poised for growth as demand comes from a resilient base of locals and a bigger proportion of affluent foreigners. China’s re-opening is anticipated to drive a greater number of wealthy Asians on to our shore.

The top three bestselling properties in all three market segments.
Pullman Residences Newton (38 units sold) in the CCR, Terra Hill (97 units sold) in the RCR and Tenet (24 units sold) in the OCR.
