New Private Home Unit Sales for October 2022
Property developers sold 810 units, including Executive Condominium (EC) units in Oct 2022. On a month-on-month basis, the primary market sales declined by 18%. The main reason was that there were fewer units launched in October, compared to September. Regardless, the total number of units sold continue to exceed the total number of units launched.
Bestselling Properties for October 2022
The top three bestselling properties are Copen Grand (480 units sold), followed by Perfect Ten (37 units sold) and North Gaia (18 units sold). Riviere and One Pearl Bank came in as close contenders with 16 and 15 units sold respectively.
Upcoming Projects for 2022
There are a total of two upcoming projects slated for launch. They are Sceneca Residence and Tenet. Both of these projects are located in the OCR, and is anticipated to fetch interest from both upgraders and downgraders alike, as well as, first-time homebuyers.
