New Private Home Unit Sales for March 2023
The launch of The Botany at Dairy Farm help spurred total units sold by developers in March 2023. Homebuyers snagged almost half of the 386 units on the first day of its launch at prices averaging $2,070 per square foot (psf). As a result, overall OCR new launch sales soared 389.4% month-on-month (including Executive Condominiums).
Strong interest was also seen in the CCR market with 38.4% of all units sold. This could be due to the return of affluent Ultra High Net Worth Individuals (UHNWI) and astute investors. Additionally, the narrowing of new launch price gap between CCR and RCR from 38.1% to 11.9% over the previous year has made CCR more attractive as a region for better capital gain.

The top three bestselling properties in all three market segments.
Leedon Green (26 units sold) in the CCR, The Landmark (24 units sold) in the RCR and The Botany at Dairy Farm (184 units sold) in the OCR.
