Property developers sold 992 units, including Executive Condominium (EC) units in Sep 2022. On a month-on-month basis, the primary market sales increased by 121%. The sharp increase is mainly attributed to two new launches – Lentor Modern and Sky Eden@Bedok in the OCR market.
Bestselling Properties for September 2022
The top three bestselling properties are Lentor Modern (512 units sold), followed by Sky Eden@Bedok (121 units sold) and Leedon Green (31 units sold). In the fourth and fifth place are Pullman Residences Newton and Perfect Ten with 27 units and 23 units sold respectively.
Upcoming Projects for 2022
A total of three private developments and two ECs are slated for launch in the coming months of 2022. They are Hill House, Sophia Regency, Sanctuary @ Newton. The two upcoming ECs, Tenet and Copen Grand EC are located in the OCR and are likely to garner robust interest from upgraders and first-timers due to their lower entry price and larger units available.
